back to the top WHAT ARE WE TRYING TO ACCOMPLISH? (Our Vision) - To bring the people of greater Atlanta and all places where we serve into a life transforming encounter with the Kingdom of God.

| | A community demonstrates a life transforming encounter with the Kingdom of God when: | | | - Its people, in ever increasing numbers across ethnic and socioeconomic boundaries, are becoming members of Christ’s body the Church, becoming passionately committed to Him engaging in Word and Deed ministry.
| | | - Its believers’ lifestyles are becoming increasingly marked by high moral standards, practicing indiscriminate love, demonstrating spiritual integrity in all their relationships, living by faith in Christ attempting faith oriented goals, and speaking the truth regardless of the consequences.
| | | - Its churches increasingly work together in the unity of the Spirit, as the Body of Christ, ministering to the needs of the community, working for justice for the powerless, and reconciliation.
| | | - Its educational, judicial, political, business and social structures increasingly begin to reflect being in conformity with the Word of God.

back to the top HOW DO WE PLAN TO ACCOMPLISH OUR VISION? (Our Mission) - By strategically focusing Perimeter resources and partnering with other organizations and churches to facilitate:
- Movements of prayer for community and world transformation.
| - Development of bridges for Word and Deed ministry.
- Glorify God, gain conversions and grow disciples
- Impacting the culture by their engagement in the educational, judicial, political, business and social structures of the community.
| - Movements of indigenous saturation church planting of prevailing churches .
| - Mobilization and equipping of church leaders through training, consulting and coaching.
| - Mobilization of the laity for the work of ministry in Word and Deed ministries through out our community, college campuses, Greater Atlanta and all the places Perimeter Church serves around the world.

Additional Values of Extension Ministries: | | The Church: | | | - Christ’s Body: We believe we are individually members of a community of believers, i.e. a particular or visible church. We are also members of Christ’s Body, i.e. the invisible church. We are dependent upon Christ and interdependent upon one another.
| | | - Missional: We believe that our church is part of the Body of Christ which is fulfilling the Kingdom mission to impact and transform the world by applying the Gospel of Christ to our communities.
| | | - A House of Prayer: We believe that it is God who changes the hearts of men; therefore prayer should be the most consistent, mobilized activity of our Ministry.
| | | - Transformational: We believe that the Gospel is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes and therefore is the transformational agent through the Church for the culture (salt and light). We believe that if the church is not having a transformational impact on the culture then it has become like salt that has become tasteless or as a light hid under a basket.

back to the top WHERE WE PLAN TO CARRY OUT OUR MISSION (Our Mission Field) - Our Community: We have defined our Community to be the people living, working and playing within a 12 mile radius of Perimeter Church.
| - Greater Atlanta: Greater Atlanta is defined as being the 16 county area in north central Georgia plus the college campuses of UGA, NGA, Georgia/Perimeter and Georgia Tech.
| - Other Areas Where we Serve: Guatemala, Russia, Poland, Central Asia, South Asia, East Asia, India, Thailand and Tanzania.
