The Extension Ministries Division was created in 2002 as Perimeter launched the Next Generation Now Y25 initiatives. These initiatives were put in place to help us carry out Perimeter's vision of "bringing the people of greater Atlanta and all places where we serve into a life transforming encounter with the Kingdom of God." The Extension Ministries Division was formed specifically to provide leadership as we began “reaching out beyond the 'walls' of the church in word and deed to the community, city and world.” The Extension Division consists of the following departments: Campus Outreach, Church Planting, Church Resourcing, Community Outreach, Global Outreach, Metro Outreach, and Strategic Resources. Each of these departments and their respective ministries are focused on equipping and mobilizing Perimeter people and the broader body of Christ in accomplishing our vision for transformation (from Acts 1:8, Perimeter's Judea, Samaria and the ends of the earth).
